But so many people never give it a fighting chance.
So many people have never truly gone to the gym consistently enough to make a difference. We as a society have gotten so used to instant gratification that we never commit to anything. We can't focus for more than a few minutes. We're uncomfortable with human interaction.
Here's exactly what happens if you do these things:
When you hit the gym for 6 months, you will - find new confidence, have 10x more energy, and be 30x less stressed.
When you find a new style, you will - learn that most of the time, no one cares what you're wearing anyway.
When you drink more water, you will - have less acne, feel less tired, and have less cravings for crappy foods.
When you reduce your screen time, you will - have more memories, spend more time actually socializing, and feel better.
When you practice better eye contact, you will - develop your confidence, make more friends, and find more opportunities.
When you clean your room consistently, you will - be more productive, build more discipline, and feel more comfortable in your home.
This is a fool-proof formula for becoming the best version of yourself.
